Waddington Compute-A-Tune

A small toy keyboard was released before the sample area. This little monster used by “Beck” and other contemporary musicians has real speech synthesis and a sound you can’t get anywhere else. The lo-fi sound this piece of circuit produces is a must-have in your arsenal of sound.148 WAV samples covering all the presets and speech sounds chromatically. You also get the 12 preset drum loops in Rx2 format.
WOC 100
If the Stylophone is a Wasp the WOC 100 is a Bumblebee, a Hong Kong clone of the famous Stylophone twice as big and with a lot more fatness in the sound. The vibrato is to die for…62 WAV samples covering the complete range of the WOC 100 in both strait and vibrato mode. We also made a very special “shut down” program that gets the WOC 100 to sound like a rubber band being plucked. We pressed a tone and shut the machine down… for all notes of course.
Texas Instruments Speak & Music
Texas Instruments made a keyboard, probably based on the same sound chip as their talking educational machines. The presets oozing of overtones and character. Everything that sounds has been sampled from this machine, chromatically.111 WAV samples covering all presets, FX, and speech sequences.
Casio VL-1 (VL-Tone)
The Lo-Fi legendary synthesizer and calculator were used in songs by “The Human League”, “Trio” and many more in the 80-ties. We have sampled the 5 presets, every note in the whole key range that is G1-B5. All samples are generously looped so you get all the real fluctuations of the sound.
